Do you offer humane rat trapping?

Yes. Where appropriate we use live-capture traps and non-target-safe methods alongside professional baiting. We always choose the most humane, effective option for your site.

I can hear rats in my loft — what should I do?

Avoid disturbing the area and call us. We’ll survey the loft, locate ingress (e.g. soffits, rooflines, pipe penetrations), treat the infestation and proof the access points to stop re-entry.

There are rats in my garden — will treatment be outside only?

We target the source and routes, which can include external burrows, sheds, compost areas and under-decking, plus any internal harbourage if rats are entering the property.

How fast can you attend and how many visits are needed?

We aim for same-day visits where possible. Most infestations are resolved over a short programme of visits, with follow-ups to ensure complete clearance and prevention.

Did you know…

The brown rat breeds throughout the year. A female can produce up to five litters annually with a gestation period of only 21 days. There can be up to 14 in a litter (7 on average). Reaching sexual maturity in about five weeks, a pair of brown rats can theoretically produce as many as 2,000 descendants in a year if left unchecked.

Wasp removal testimonial. I called to have someone come and remove either bees or wasps flying out of a hole in the ground this spring.  It was like Heathrow’s main runway and as we have three small children and a dog we very concerned. They arrived right on time in smart van and identified them as bumble bees that often inhabit old rodent burrows.
